When Joseph Pilates brought this body conditioning exercise to the world in the 1920s, he truly believed that emotional health and physical health were intrinsically linked.

And way before that, some 5000 years ago, the yogis in India created a kind and spiritually accessible practice that produced stronger bodies and clearer minds.

How right the Yogis and Pilates were.

Whilst these realizations were born way before most of us existed, the link between emotional and physical improvement has never been more prevalent.

Taking care of your inner wellbeing through exercise is a complete mind and body conditioning experience.

Often, when life takes over, the first thing to be neglected is your own self-­‐care.

The impact on your body can appear more immediate, what isn’t always so apparent is the effect neglecting one’s inner self can have on your soul.

The blend of your body and soul working in harmony can make all the difference to your general health and overall wellbeing.
